In the iron and steel industry and, more generally, in metallurgy, the use of transport chains to handle the product, for example in the cooling phase, is widespread. Whether it is tubes, bars, coils or ingot molds for metal casting, there are numerous solutions to achieve the goal.

The Ametric® range for this sector includes special chains with pushers and cradles.  For some applications there are other more standard solutions, typically those with attachments, which can be customized according to customer needs.
