Most of our products are eligible for returns up to 14 days from the Order Date. Problems happen from time to time and we want to assure you that the appropriate action will be taken to replace the product. The exception is electrical, gear boxes and special made products such as Bore-To-Size, cut-to-length shafting or belts and cut-to-width Timing Belts. 

 

Please call us at 864-876-2011 M-F 8am-5pm EST or email us at store@ametric.com and our Returns Department will issue you a Return Goods Authorization. This is required in order to process your return and refund as quickly as possible. Please have your order number ready when calling.

Returned items must be in the same state as when shipped. Items that have been used or modified are not eligible for refunds and returns.

Shipping charges are nonrefundable, except in the event of a packing error.

Customers returning items can expect to be refunded in the method in which they paid within 5-7 business days of our receipt of their return and inspection of the goods.
