Bottlewashers

In the sector of bottling beer and soft drinks, Ametric® and its partners are specialized in the construction of chains for bottle-washing systems. For this purpose, chains with attachments, welded or bent, are used, exploiting the holes of the attachment or the screws welded inside them for fixing the crossbars on which the bottles are transported.

These chains require high strength and long wear life without lubrication. For part of the process the chain works immersed in water with diluted detergent and often polluted by abrasive elements (dust, paper residues, etc.) coming from the glass bottles. To obtain the expected results, as well as a correct sizing of the components, high performance materials are used, including stainless steels. Solutions with self-lubricating elements can be studied on request.
